how we work: a real-life case study.
A mid-sized property management company reached out to us after noticing a troubling trend: employees in their Tenant Services department were experiencing high levels of stress. Many of their daily customer interactions involved tenants facing complex social challenges and mental health issues. Over the previous two years, long-term absences due to illness had increased significantly.
While the company had already implemented risk assessments (GBU), psychological stressors were only recorded using checklists, and the responsibility for developing interventions fell solely on management. Recognizing the need for a more effective approach, the company partnered with PULSAR Medical AG to revitalise its psychological risk assessment process.
Together, we introduced externally moderated workshops across the organization, bringing employees and managers into the conversation. These sessions provided a space to analyze stress factors and collaboratively develop targeted solutions.
For the Tenant Services team, we designed a customized action plan that addressed both structural and behavioral aspects:
– Organizational-level improvements to reduce systemic pressures.
– Behavioral prevention strategies to strengthen employees’ confidence in handling difficult situations
By combining expertise with practical solutions, we helped create a healthier and more resilient work environment—one where employees felt supported, valued, and equipped to manage the challenges of their role.
